Cooking is an delicate ballad of the spices, the ingredients, the cooking temperature, the utensils & everything else that goes with the process. Its an alchemy indeed.

Well I was not an enthusiatic cook before I got to know the cooking blog world. Being a career women who starts her day at the crack of dawn (seriously!!!), cooking was the last thing on my mind, and planning the menu was a much tougher task than cooking because of the likes & dislikes of DH.

The tradition of my cooking ofcourse comes from my dearest mother, who is a passionate cook & ardent learner of new recipes even now. Though my cooking skills havent yet perfected as of my mothers, but I can definately say I have become a much better cook now.

I will be posting simple recipes which has been tried & tested in my kitchen as well as my moms treasured recipes. You can see an array of Karnataka & Andhra Cuisines & also some Kerala Cuisine which is from DH influence.

So folks, shall we start the dance…I mean cooking ?
